Sushma is a self actualised person in terms of setting goals for herself and ensuring that the set goals are achieved. This in turn makes her a natural leader. She served as the President of Mecon Communication Club, a club affiliated to Toastmasters International. During her tenure as the President, she displayed excellent ability to provide the club with operational leadership by ensuring the all round performance of the club. I wish her success in all her endeavours.

Sushma has been extremely committed from day one and has been one of the most effective Team Members since then. I am yet to come across someone who is as focused and dedicated to the task as Sushma, in my last 2 decades of professional experience. She has been doing some great work on designing the contents and her research work on path-breaking Strategic Intervention is helping me deliver the same in the most effective manner.
